A visit to Italy ?

 We had a really fun day in Canada (not Italy ).  We got to watch our neighbors Mr. and Mrs. Enzo make spaghetti sauce.  Here she adds her herbs to the jars.

 He built an electric grinder.

 She fills the jars.

 They worked like this all day.

 What a smile.

 Here you can see the jars are multiplying...100 at day's end.

 BEAUTIFUL  SIGHT !

 An old fashioned wood fire to bring the water to boil for canning.

At the end of the day I got 3 jars of sauce and they got a pie from the farmer's market.  What a great couple.
